What is the dosage for Intestinal Formula #2 capsules and powder?
For Capsules: Take 10 capsules 5 times daily. You must drink a minimum of 16 ounces of liquid with or immediately after each dose.
For Powder: Take 1 heaping teaspoon 5 times daily. Start by pouring a little water into a 16 to 24 oz. empty jar or sports bottle. Next, add 1 heaping teaspoon of powder and 8 oz. of fruit juice, and 8 oz. of water. Shake vigorously until well mixed, and drink immediately. Afterward, drink an additional 4 to 6 oz. of liquid.
Tip #1: Taking IF#2 on an empty stomach is best. The formula needs to get down deep into the bowel and absorb any retained waste stuck to the walls of the colon instead of absorbing what you just ate.
Tip #2: Take first thing upon waking in the morning.
Tip #3: We suggest setting an alarm every 2 to 3 hours to keep you on schedule when taking this formula five times daily.
Tip #4: For best results, take at least two of Dr. Schulze’s Intestinal Formula #1 capsules with dinner, or if you are currently taking IF1 then increase by ‘1’ capsule.
WHY IS THE WHOLE FLAX SEED AN INGREDIENT IN INTESTINAL FORMULA #2 IF THE BODY CAN'T DIGEST IT?
The body cannot digest whole flax seeds. However, with Intestinal Formula #2, Dr. Schulze doesn't want the flax seed's nutritional benefits. He wants extra "scrubbers" that can get deep into your bowel—without breaking down—to scrub the colon walls free of excess waste and build-up.
Intestinal Formula #2, a product innovatively designed by Dr. Schulze, is formulated to reach deep into the colon and scrub away excess waste. The Bentonite Clay, a key ingredient, is not absorbed by your body. However, it possesses a unique property of absorbing up to ten times its weight, effectively removing excess waste and aiding in its elimination from your colon. Similarly, while not assimilated into your body, Slippery Elm Bark and Willow Charcoal play crucial roles in this innovative cleansing process.
All the ingredients are either super-absorbers and scrubbers or system coolers, helping to calm the colon after the scrubbing. That's what makes it such a powerful colon cleanser.
What are the differences between Bowel Flush “SHOT” and Intestinal Formula #1 and Intestinal Formula #2?
The Bowel Flush “SHOT” removes everything you’ve recently eaten but will not remove any hardened, impacted waste and toxins you may be carrying deep in your bowel. The “SHOT” is more like a heroic liquid dose of Intestinal Formula #1 to increase your peristaltic waves and remove excess waste. However, it is not a deep bowel cleanser like Intestinal Formula #2.
If you want to deep cleanse your bowel of excess waste and toxins, and have it work more efficiently, use Intestinal Formula #1 and Intestinal Formula #2 as part of Dr. Schulze’s 5-Day Bowel Detox program.
How should I take Intestinal Formula #2 for best results?
Intestinal Formula #2 is a deep-cleansing formula to ensure your bowel is cleansed of retained waste and toxins. This formula might take some time to travel through your entire digestive tract, especially if you have a history of constipation or a sluggish bowel.
If that is the case for you, it is rare to notice any significant change in your bowel habits after one day of Intestinal Formula #2. The more significant results may occur days after completing the IF#2 bottle, so consume the entire bottle over the next five days.
Remember always to take Intestinal Formula #2 on an empty stomach. You want it to get deep into the colon to absorb any excess, retained waste and toxins—and not absorb the food you just ate. Your body does not digest the IF#2. It travels through your digestive tract, absorbing up to ten times its weight in excess fecal waste.
Also, remember that while taking IF#2, it is essential to continue taking the IF#1 OR IF#1 MAX each evening with dinner. Whatever capsule dosage worked for you before starting IF#2, you’ll want to increase that number by one to two capsules during the five days you take IF#2. Once you’ve finished the IF#2 bottle, continue taking IF#1 OR IF#1 MAX for the next week, returning to your original dosage each evening.
Lastly, be sure to increase your water intake (at least 80 oz per day) and the amount of fiber you eat. Oats, raspberries, chia seeds, and avocados are great options, but there are many others. Also, try to eliminate ‘fiberless’ foods such as meat, lunchmeat, cheese, eggs, white rice, white bread, pizza crust, and pasta—at least for the five days you take the IF#2.

What are the differences between Intestinal Formula #1 and Intestinal Formula #2?
Dr. Schulze’s Intestinal Formula #1 contains herbs that powerfully stimulate the peristaltic waves (muscular contractions) of the large intestine to promote regular and complete bowel movements. It gets you going more.
Intestinal Formula #2 is a deep-cleansing formula that removes excess waste and toxins from the bowel. The herbs absorb up to 10 times their weight to draw out, neutralize, and remove excess waste. It cleans you out.
These two formulas make up Dr. Schulze’s 5-Day Bowel Detox program when taken together. Optimally, Dr. Schulze recommends a seasonal bowel cleanse (each winter and summer)—even if your bowel is working great—to help maintain healthy elimination.
What’s the recommended dosage of Intestinal Formula #2 for managing a “hot” bowel?
For those with a “hot” bowel, the Intestinal Formula #2 puts the fire out. Start with a quarter-dosage and increase slowly each day (only if needed) until it has the desired effect.
Remember: It is best to take this powder on an empty stomach. If you take too much and become constipated, simply pause the product and increase water intake to rebalance your system. It may take a few weeks to find your perfect dosage, but listen to your body, and you will find a rhythm that works for you.
